To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please customize your item before adding it to the cart and double-check your design before checkout to confirm it meets your expectations.
As our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please feel free to contact us via email. We will do our best to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
1. Replacement & Refund Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. In some cases, we may require photos of the item for verification.
We will send you a replacement at no extra cost.
The following situations are not eligible for refunds or replaces:
❌ Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, resulting in undelivered or returned packages.
❌ Delivery failure due to the recipient being unavailable.
❌ Refusal to accept the package.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery.
2. Replacement with a Small Fee
In certain cases, you may exchange your item for a lower fee than the original price:
✅ If you received the wrong product, design, or size due to incorrect personalized information input.
3. How to File a Claim
If your order qualifies for a refund or replacement, please email us at support@deogift.com with the following details:
1. Order number
2. Photos or videos of the defective item
3. Complete shipping address
Our after-sales team will review your request. If your item meets the exchange criteria, we will send you a replacement for free.
In rare cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
